IMMIGRATION COURT

PERMANENT RESIDENCE

There are many pathways to permanent residency. Some are one step processes, while others involve multiple phases. If you have a U.S. citizen or permanent resident immediate relative, consider scheduling a consultation to review your eligibility.

FAMILY-BASED IMMIGRATION

Our office can help you bring your immediate relatives from abroad, apply for a fiance visa, and apply for waivers for individuals who have been in the United States without documents or who have been denied an immigrant visa because of some other inadmissibility.


DACA/TPS

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, Deferred Action, Temporary Protected Status are a few forms of temporary immigration “status” in the U.S. President-Elect Joe Biden has stated that reopening the DACA program to new applicants will be one of his first moves in office. ASYLUM

Whether as a defense to removal proceedings or not, the asylum process can be daunting. Fortunately we have decades of experience in representing asylum seekers from all over the world, including Iraq, Venezuela, Guinea, El Salvador, and Saudia Arabia.

CITIZENSHIP

If you have been a permanent resident for 5 years or longer, you may be eligible to apply for U.S. Citizenship. If you are married to a U.S. Citizen and have been a permanent resident for 3 years, you could apply early! Give us a call to consider if not is the right time for you to naturalize.
